Installing ICQ skins
- First,you need to have the ICQ Plus plug-in installed.
- Open ICQ
- From the menu,select Plus.

From ICQ Plus,select Import and browse to the folder where you put the downloaded zip file with your skin. Select the skin and hit Apply
- That's it! Your new skin is installed. Enjoy!
